MINT - PROVIDER INTERFACE (PI) ![]() Key to the relevance of an enterprise interaction platform is the ability to leverage existing back end systems, including network service systems and IT systems. The MINT Provider Interface Module provides the critical connection to back end systems in order to orchestrate and personalize services for unified multiscreen delivery.
Enabling new multiscreen, multiservice business models requires MINT to have touch points to both IT/BSS and Network Service Systems. The MINT Architecture ensures that these connections are lightweight, and non-intrusive, leveraging a patented coherency framework that both minimizes traffic between MINT and these systems, and never puts MINT between the Network Service call path/control plane and the user interaction.
