We caught up with Gemini Waghmare, CEO and Founder, UXP Systems, to find out more about the concept.

UXP Systems talks about user-centricity rather than customer-centricity: What do you mean by that?

GW:
To us it’s very simple: when the industry talks about customer experience, the customer has always been the person paying the bill so the customer lifecycle has always been about ordering services, installing services and paying for services.
