UXP SYSTEMS' MULTISCREEN INTERACTION PLATFORM (MINT) V3.0

MINT is a suite of modular, pre-integrated functional components that provide a turnkey multiservice application platform for enabling new business and service models including Multiscreen Video (linear, VOD, sVOD, n/rDVR), EPG/IPG, Multiscreen Voice, Social Media integration, Home Monitoring and more. MINT facilitates the creation of true 1:1 relationships between operators and all users, enabling the delivery of multiple services via five pre-integrated, modular components, listed to the right.

MINT Components

MINT User Lifecycle Management (ULM) to provide end-to-end creation, maintenance, service federation and hierarchy management for new and existing users. ULM also manages a repository of user data that goes beyond an operator's traditional household data, to enable 1:1 relationships with all users in the household.

MINT Experience Orchestration (XO) to provide abstraction and workflow for multiple network systems, and to unify and extend operator services to any screen for any user.

MINT Console Framework (CF) - a companion to the MINT Core Platform, the MINT Console Framework (CF) resides on client devices to enable the client side User Interface to have appropriate online and offline access to services, with intelligent synchronization in between states.

MINT Provider Interface to facilitate multi-protocol integration to operator back-end services including billing, calling, messaging, Electronic Program Guide and other metadata, video, third party and next generation services.

MINT Administration to allow operators, their CSRs and CRM Systems easy access and integration to User Lifecycle Management functions of the MINT platform.

The MINT Platform breaks constraining operator paradigms without breaking existing backend systems to enable competitive, relevant, and differentiating service experiences and business models.
