Columbus launches new product featuring Multi-Platform OTT Video Anywhere built on UXP Systems' MINT Platform

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (January 16, 2013) - Columbus International Inc., which operates the largest cable franchise in the Caribbean under the brand name “Flow”, recently launched ESPN Play in Jamaica. ESPN Play is integrated into the Flow customer management system using UXP Systems’ MINT (Multiscreen Interaction) Platform, which features access to next generation services for iOS, Android, and Web devices.
UXP is a leading provider for multiscreen enablement software for cable and telecom operators and the MINT services capabilities include IP Phone Services, Personal Contacts, Video Streaming of TV Programming, as well as OTT content.
The initial launch in Jamaica will allow Flow customers to access ESPN Play anywhere on any device using the UXP proprietary platform.
